Inhale, lift through the top of the head and draw shoulder blades back to come into Cobra or Upward Facing Dog. Untuck the toes, press your feet into the floor. Keep your elbows close to the body, exhale and bend elbows to lower the body to the mat. Your core should be engaged as you breathe. Look forward with shoulders aligned over wrists to create a straight line from head to heels. Walk or jump your feet back into High Plank. Inhale, lift through the top of the head to look forward with a flat back. Rather than folding and curving the spine, bend the knees to allow the chest to come closer to the knees and hands to the floor.
